Computerised course is on Sage line 50 software and the course content comprises of:
1. Setting up Customer/Supplier records
2. Entering Customer/Supplier opening balances
3. Setting up the Nominal Ledger
4. Entering opening Nominal Ledger balances
5. Entering purchase invoices and credit notes
6. Entering Sales invoices and credit notes
7. Entering Sales receipts/purchase payments
8. Processing bank receipts and payments
9. Adjustments via Journal
10. End of month procedure
11. Data Management
12. Optional use of the Sales Invoicing Module
13. The year end
This whole course can be studied up to NVQ Level 2 in Computerised Accounts or can be taken on a modular basis.
